- Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Opened or used items may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Opened Food Products: Any opened food product must be at least half full to be eligible for return.
- Purchase Location: Items must be bought from the Brockville location only.

In-Store Returns
- Process: Bring the item along with the receipt or proof of purchase to our store. Our staff will assist you with the return or exchange process.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is not available, a store credit will be issued.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact the store within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
